MEMORIAL ROLL CALL

At each festival, we honor the memory of lost loved ones through our Memorial Roll Call — a powerful tradition where our emcees read aloud the names of those who have passed. As each name is called, participants are invited to respond with “present,” “presente,” or in any way they choose to acknowledge their loved one’s enduring presence in their lives and hearts.

We invite you to submit the names of up to three loved ones to be honored during this special moment. We ask that you reserve submissions for personal remembrances rather than well-known public figures. We strive to read as many of the submitted names as possible.

All names submitted by October 26 will also be included in a video tribute projected inside the Memorial Grotto Tent in the Altars Courtyard (under the viaduct).

The deadline for Memorial Roll Call submissions is end of day October 30.
